MISSION

Dr. Roland B. Smith, Jr provides a personalized, culturally insightful approach to coaching rising and mid-level administrators working in college or university environments to achieve their goals. Building on more than forty-eight years of experience in higher education, he places a special focus on assisting individuals from backgrounds that are historically underrepresented in higher education and who are motivated to pursue leadership positions.
